Campaign Operations Through MCP

  • Connected AI clients can log outreach touchpoints with campaign_interaction_create, enroll contacts, companies or accounts with campaign_member_create, and update member stages, next actions and recheck dates with campaign_member_update.
  • These operations write directly with contacts:write permission. Enrollment protects against duplicates, checks target eligibility and derives member status from the campaign stage when no status is supplied.
  • Read chronological campaign touchpoints with campaign_interaction_list, using pagination to continue through results. Reading requires product_context:read.
  • Campaign reads expose the configured stages. Member reads include profile URLs, contact titles and selection rationale, while interaction history provides a continuation cursor. Invalid stage errors list the allowed stages, and duplicate enrollment reports that the member already exists.
  • Stage changes derive member status when no status is supplied, including stages that pause or exclude a member. Editing a next action or rationale preserves an existing exclusion. Stage and status counts are reported separately.
  • campaign_interaction_delete lets clients with contacts:write remove automation-created touchpoints. Human-created touchpoints cannot be deleted through this tool. Logging or deleting one person's touchpoint keeps colleagues' histories separate, including when they share a company.
  • Invalid inputs, missing records, permission failures and conflicts return distinct errors. Temporary service failures are marked retryable.
  • The database contracts were verified on staging. The app database contracts must be deployed before the corresponding MCP server update. End-to-end production availability has not been verified.

Link Action Icons

  • Link and associate actions in Campaign, Story and source details use chain icons, distinguishing them from actions that create a new item.

Competitor Intelligence

  • Inspect competitors in a default Map view or switch to List and Risks. Profiles bring assessments, positioning and linked companies or contacts into expandable detail sections. The Product navigation switches between Product and Competitors.
  • Assessments use a configurable rubric to calculate threat scores, tiers, rings and quadrants. New rubric dimensions mark older assessments for rescoring rather than treating missing ratings as zero. Comparisons flag a changed rubric when assessments use different versions.
  • Workspace admins manage rubric versions. Conversation agents prepare assessments across six defined dimensions, rated from 0 to 10, and report the computed score and map position. Recording an agent's assessment requires user approval.
  • Competitor markers and labels stay within the landscape floor. Positioning settings and rubric dimensions provide the workspace's comparison criteria.
  • The module's database setup and agent support were verified on staging.

Campaign Touchpoint Corrections

  • Authorized members can delete a mistaken touchpoint from the member drawer's timeline after confirmation.
