Agent Chat messaging & interactions

  • Clearer, more consistent Agent Chat tool messaging: tool executions now present as readable sentences with consistent capitalization and clearer spacing, making write/update/delete actions easier to scan.
  • Color-coded and interactive tool statuses: action types surface with distinct, accessible color cues (saves/updates vs deletes), persistent hover states, and subtle hover badges (Show details / Hide details) to guide exploration.
  • Collapsible, streamlined details: technical details and lengthy execution summaries are hidden by default and presented in collapsible panels, simplifying pending approvals and keeping conversations focused.
  • Visual polish and avatar consistency: refined blockquote and list styling, adjusted separators, and matched avatar fallbacks for a cohesive chat appearance.

Content, metadata & inline controls

  • Human-friendly counts and inline actions: counts are rendered as natural-language prose (e.g., "one" / "no") and evidence counts are presented as static text while actionable counts (feedback, capabilities, changes, work items) open inline link-pickers for quick exploration.
  • Improved inline pickers and toggles: link pickers and capability pickers remain stable when opened and correctly display selectable names; linked work items can now be removed directly from the Theme detail view with an Unlink control.
  • Consistent assignment and status controls: owner assignment and status labels behave predictably with tightened click targets and consistent lowercase styling, and timestamps are visually de-emphasized while remaining readable.

Typography, themes & readability

  • Aligned typography: markdown headings inside Agent Chat follow the app’s standard typography for predictable hierarchy.
  • Softer, warmer palettes for reduced eye strain: the light theme shifts toward a warm espresso/orange spectrum to better align with the dark theme; foregrounds and muted tones have been gently adjusted across both themes to improve legibility and reduce glare.
  • Fine-grained readability tweaks: list markers, quote styles, and metadata font sizes were refined (including smaller card metadata) to improve visual density and scanning.

Visualizations & capability graphs

  • Cohesive charts and graph styling: circle-packing and capability visualizations now share warm palette rules, consistent fill and border opacity, and smoother gradient stops so health and maturity states read more clearly across light and dark themes.
  • Improved graph semantics: palette and opacity tweaks make "needs attention", "moderate", and "healthy" states visually distinct and consistent across components.
